I absolutely agree.. When it comes to hiring someone, a lot of companies are focused on promoting a team atmosphere. They can train the employee later. College degrees are a great indicator of how dedicated a person can be, but likability and charm go a long long way..

Seriously, 'charm' can get you on top, it's better to be likeable (and can do the job at the same time) than being just an experienced without charisma.
Apparently, the company where I work only promotes those who 'loves kissing someone else's dirty ass' just to get the "title". And that sucks.

Jason,i would hire them all if they had charm and good karma. And then training on the go.
