and btw, I'm using this theme too. Try K2, the new wp.com them addition, certainly looks awesome.

Mine was set at 400. After changing to 100, it looks like it loads faster.

Actually,you should set it to 50 or to 25.Is better like that.
Mine was on 200.

I use TuneUp Utilities to optimize my system. It does all these things for you. But it is not freeware :(

I have Tuneup Utilities as well and i love it.
But if you want a free version of it,then you should use RegToy.This one does much more.
